Your barista oat milk probably has seed oils. Ours doesn’t. We’re Oatcast.
Shelf-stable barista oat milk built for espresso. No seed oils, no gums, no phosphates. Oats, water, a little expeller-pressed coconut oil, salt. Stretches silky, pours sharp, lets the coffee do the talking.
Doesn’t play by Big Oat’s rules.
32 FL OZ · CASE OF 12
Every barista oat milk is built the same way. We left the shortcuts out.
Rapeseed oil for body, gums to hold it together, phosphates so it doesn’t split. We used better oats, and more of them, instead. It takes longer, costs more, and makes us the odd one out on the shelf. Oat, meet outcast.

For the ones behind the bar.
You’re up before the city, pulling the shot that starts someone’s day, and most of them never learn your name. You turn a cup of coffee into a ritual. We made Oatcast for you first: a milk that does its job so you can do yours.
Higher oat solids still give you body, gloss and a tight microfoam that holds until the cup reaches the table. A carbonate buffer keeps it from splitting in a hot, acidic shot.
The first batch is small. Get on the list.
Batch 0001 is in the works. People on the list hear first: where it’s pouring, tasting pop-ups, and when you can get a carton.
Run a café or coffee shop? Tick the box and we’ll send 2–4 cartons to test blind against whatever you pour today. No invoice, no deck. Just tell us honestly how it steams.
Dusty will be in touch when Batch 0001 is ready.
